Michael Jackson’s Enemies Are LITERALLY One Big Happy Family!

November 9, 2011

I was working on this post tonight, and as I was doing my research, I stumbled upon some BOMBSHELL information that required me to move up the date of publication from this weekend to RIGHT NOW!!! You’ll know it when you see it, and I’m sure you guys will understand why I had to do it! (Also, please take note of my new username, “sanemjfan”.)

In September 2011, former assistant District Attorney (and Sneddon’s lieutenant during the 2005 trial) Ron Zonen married his longtime girlfriend (and prosecution witness) Louise Palanker. She describes herself as a “writer/producer/author/comedian/filmmaker/performer/teacher/philanthropist and enthusiastic typer of ////s”.  I don’t know about her other descriptions, but she certainly is a good comedian! Her testimony during the trial is absolute proof of that! She actually helped the defense by proving that the Arvizos were a bunch of celebrity grifters! Here is a summary from Day 17 of the trial:

Day 17, which Judge Melville announced would only be a half day, featured the testimony of a comedian who gave $20,000 to the family of the boy now accusing Michael Jackson of molestation. She testified Tuesday that she received a tearful phone call from the boy’s mother that led her to believe the family was being held against its will.

Comedian Louise Palanker said she tried to get in touch with the mother after seeing the TV documentary “Living With Michael Mr. Jackson” in which Mr. Jackson and his accuser held hands and Mr. Jackson acknowledged letting children sleep in his bed.

Palanker was called by the prosecution in an effort to support the charge that Mr. Jackson conspired to hold the family captive after the documentary aired on Feb. 6, 2003, in order to get them to make a rebuttal video praising Mr. Jackson.

On the witness stand, Palanker said soon after she left a message with the boy’s grandparents, the mother called her and sounded frightened.

“She was extremely agitated and she was almost whispering. … This was fear-based agitation,” Palanker said.

The mother told her not to call her back at the same number, the witness said. Palanker quoted the mother as saying: “Don’t call me back here. They’re listening to everything I say. These people are evil.”

Palanker said that she believed the boy’s mother suffered from a “hostage syndrome” that made her feel trapped. She did not say where the mother was at the time of the call. The comedian said she called her attorney after the call. She did not call the police.

The defense contends the boy’s mother exploited relationships with Palanker and other celebrities to get money. With Palanker’s testimony, the prosecution sought to show it was the now-estranged father who did that.

Louise Palanker said she believed the woman had felt like a hostage since she became married at age 16 to a man who allegedly abused her. The comedian told jurors how the accuser’s family, who claimed to be poverty-stricken, joined classes in 1999 at the Laugh Factory comedy club in Hollywood and received help from comics including George Lopez and Chris Tucker.

Palanker said she once gave the family $10,000 so they could take time off work and cover personal expenses while the boy was being treated for cancer in 2000.

“I was in a position where I could help this family and I didn’t want someone to ever be alone in a hospital,” she said.

But within two weeks of the first gift, she said, the father asked her for another $10,000 to fix up a germ-free room for the boy when he came home. She obliged and later visited the room, where she found the family had bought a large-screen TV and DVD for the boy, expenditures she considered to be poor money management.

She said the contractor sent to fix up the room was never paid, and eventually decided to consider his work a gift to the boy.

Palanker said she and Jamie Masada, owner of the Laugh Factory, organized two benefits for the family at the father’s urging but by the time of the second benefit Lopez refused to perform because the father and boy had accused Lopez and his wife of stealing $300 from the boy’s wallet.

“They were irate,” Palanker said of the Lopezes. “They thought (the father) was lying.”

When Lopez refused to perform at the final benefit, she said, the father picked up a pile of cash that had been raised. “He threw it at Jamie and said, ‘I don’t want your money,'” Palanker said, adding that the father eventually took it.

After that benefit, she said, her contact with the family “became less and less” until the call from the mother.

Mr. Jackson’s attorney questioned Palanker about the family’s interest in meeting celebrities.

“Did you say at any time that they were trying to latch on to celebrities to get out of their situation?” Mr. Mesereau asked.

Latch on to anyone that could help them,” said Palanker.

Palanker acknowledged the family “liked to make phone calls” to celebrities – including Jay Leno, who contacted Palanker. “He told me they had left three messages on his voice mail,” she said, acknowledging that Jay Leno did ask her to tell the family to stop calling him.

On top of that, after her abysmal testimony, she had the temerity to accuse Mesereau of “twisting her words around” and making the current case “like the O.J. Simpson and Robert Blake” cases! She told Jamie Masada her thoughts on Mesereau after her testimony, and before his. Here is a summary from MJEOL:

Louise Palanker seems to have a problem with Tom Mesereau. Palanker was called out repeatedly about the prior insulting and inconsistent statements she made about the family. Apparently, through the testimony of Jamie Masada, the owner of the Laugh Factory –who claims to have “introduced” the accuser to Jackson — Palanker had the gall to claim Mesereau was making this “case” into another OJ Simpson or Robert Blake.

No, I’m not kidding.

Masada admitted to talking to Palanker about her testimony on the stand after she testified and before his testimony on March 29 2005. Palanker seems to have a problem with being caught either lying on the stand or lying to police during an interview she didn’t know was being taped by the police. An Associated Press (AP) report by Linda Deutsch titled “Witness Lashes Out at Jackson’s Attorney” dated March 29 2005 details Masada’s testimony about the apparently unfunny Palanker:

The tone changed when Masada, who owns the Laugh Factory club in Hollywood, was asked by Mesereau about comedian Louise Palanker, who testified last week. “She wants to be a comic,” he said. “We help them. Sometimes you have to give them bad news.” “You’ve told her she’s not funny?” asked Mesereau. “Let me tell you,” Masada said. “I find you more funny than she is.” Masada said Palanker had been in touch with him since she testified and that she once referred to O.J. Simpson’s acquittal in the 1994 killings of his ex-wife and her friend and Blake’s recent acquittal in the 2003 slaying of his wife. “She said that you have made this court like O.J.’s court or Robert Blake’s court, and you lied and changed the words around,” Masada said.

Mesereau asked the alleged “comedian” about her transcribed and recorded statements to the police. We’re still in the process of going through Palanker’s cross-examination via the transcripts and she came up with some doozies. She was caught on tape by police — again, she didn’t know the police were taping that interview — insulting the mother and the family; calling the mother bipolar, saying the family is “as wacky as they wanna be” and she even called Masada a “pathological liar“.

Now THAT’S comedy!

The fact that Zonen married Palanker (which in and of itself is utterly disgusting) isn’t even the biggest aspect of this post; it’s the fact that both Gavin and Star Arvizo were at the wedding! And Palanker literally thumbed her nose at the fan community by publishing the photos of them on her public Facebook page! And on top of that, she originally tagged them to their OFFICIAL personal Facebook pages as well!

And if that wasn’t enough, Diane Dimond was there too! It’s truly amazing how everyone involved with the allegations is linked to each other, as shown by this flowchart from The VERITAS Project.

I don’t believe it was an accident; Palanker knew exactly what she was doing, and she quickly removed the photos after they received numerous angry messages from fans. I personally believed that she wanted to pour salt in the wounds of grieving fans during the trial by reminding us of the REAL people who are responsible for killing Michael: Gavin and Star Arvizo! Their lies set the wheels in motion of what would be the destruction of Michael Jackson! The joy she felt from upsetting so many fans far outweighed the privacy of the Arvizos!

I would have posted the photos here when they first hit the internet, but I decided to wait until after the trial is over.

According to Gavin’s profile, he attends Emory University, located in Georgia, which is where the family moved after the trial.  Star graduated from Georgia Military College with an associate’s degree in Business Administration, and is now attending Georgia State UniversityIronically, Star lists God as one of the people who “inspires” him!

Gavin also graduated from Georgia Military College. Here is the Summer 2009 Dean’s List; Gavin was on the President’s List for having a GPA of at least 3.7. Here is an official newsletter from Summer 2009, and Gavin is listed on Page 3.

I did some research, and found some startling information! It seems that Zonen was correct, and Gavin really is trying to become a lawyer! He recently participated in Emory University’s Mock Trial program! Here is the proof (this is the bombshell info that I found tonight!):

Here is the official Facebook page of the group:

Here is how I found out he was involved: I did a Google search of “Emory University Gavin Arvizo”, and I stumbled upon the comment from Brandon Bullard, who gave well wishes to Gavin, who was preparing to take the Law School Admission Test. The team also wished Gavin a happy birthday on September 13th! How nice of them!

Brand Bullard is one of the coaches of Emory’s undergraduate mock trial team. Here is his bio from the Emory Mock Trial team’s website:

Brandon Bullard has coached Emory University’s undergraduate mock trial teams since January 2010. A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Brandon works as an Assistant Public Defender for the Paulding Judicial Circuit in Dallas, Georgia. He has been the appellate specialist there since 2008—representing indigent criminal defendants before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals of Georgia. Before that, Brandon served as a trial and appellate attorney for the Macon Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Macon, Georgia.

Currently Brandon lives in Marietta, where he reads avidly, writes, and pursues an interest in zymurgy.

Here is Zonen’s description of Gavin from last year’s “Frozen In Time” seminar:

Where is he today?  He’s twenty years old.  He’s a 3rd year student at a very prominent university on the east coast.  I’m not going to mention the name of the school, but anyone who would like to know come see me, I’ll tell you. He’s an Honor student who has a 3.5 GPA, and a double major in Philosophy and History, and he’s planning on going to Law School! Some of you will agree with that, and some of you won’t.  He’s a deeply religious young man, in a relationship with a young woman, for about 2 years, the daughter of a minister.  He attends church on a regular basis.  He doesn’t drink, doesn’t do drugs.  He’s delightful in his presentation.  I spent time with him only a month ago. And he’s really doing remarkable well.  He has never asked for or taken a penny from anybody about any of the activity of this case.  Never. There are standing offers from the press for his story for enough money that would cover his tuition, which is considerable, never mind that he’s on a 50% scholarship. But he has never taken a penny from anybody, and no intention of doing so. He’s accruing debt like college kids do today, but he’s doing just fine.  I assume that we’ll have more questions coming up about jury selection, and the trial, and I’ll be happy to answer them at that time.

I think it’s highly probably that as soon as Gavin earns his law degree (assuming he’s accepted to law school), he will surely have doors opened for him, as Zonen and Sneddon will give him excellent “character” references! Being the lying snake that he is, Gavin is more than qualified for a career in the legal field! Here are some photos of Gavin with his classmates at Emory:

Gavin is on the right. Looks like he’s gained some weight, huh?

Gavin is on the right, clean shaven in this photo.

Once again, Gavin is on the right.

I will respectfully ask that you not try to send any threatening or harassing messages to any of them, as it is futile to think that you’ll get a confession out of them, or make them feel remorse.  If you can’t resist the urge to reach out to them, please be respectful (as hard as it may be), because if you harass or threaten them, they may report you to Facebook, and your account could possibly be taken down.  I am sending this message out so that MJ fans can keep abreast of what these losers are up to, but not to harass them, because it’s pointless.

If MJ could move on and not have malice in his heart towards them, then so can we.

(Update: Both Gavin and Star have changed their privacy settings, and you cannot send them any messages or friend requests.)

Here are the photos from the wedding, as well as some older photos from years ago! (Which show how far back these friendships go!)

Here are photos of Diane Dimond! I looked at her facebook page, and she has some very interesting connections, to say the least!

In the two photos above, you can clearly see that Dimond is friends with two of the “Neverland 5”: Melanie Bagnall and Adrian McManus! You can read more about McManus’s laughable testimony in this post (Bullet point #6), and in this post. (Kassim Abdool, Ralph Chacon, and Sandy Domz are the other “Neverland 5” members.) They also sold their stories to Maureen Orth and Victor Gutierrez, and you can read this post to see how their lawyer was fined $28,350 for not disclosing their interviews to a judge before their civil trial! Bagnall and McManus are also FB friends as well, as you can imagine!

Here is Dimond and her buddy Zonen. How many journalists remain friends with the lawyers that they cover?

Yes, that’s Jason Pfeiffer in the photo below! The same guy who, along with MJ’s “friend” Arnold Klein, sold a story claiming to be MJ’s gay lover ON THE SAME DAY that Aphrodite Jones aired her documentary on Investigation Discovery! Nikki Allygator debunked that trash in this post!

In the photos below, you’ll see that Dimond is truly being a guardian angel for Star! (She isn’t FB friends with Gavin, but that doesn’t mean that they’re not in touch!) I wonder what type of advice and mentoring she’s giving them?

Here are some additional photos of Dimond’s connections with, Zonen, Palanker, and Stacy Brown:

Zonen and Dimon are on the left, and Stacy Brown is on the right.

Dimond, Zonen, and Palanker.

In the following photos, you’ll see that Stacy Brown is friends with Susan Filan and Dan Abrams, who he worked with while serving as an “analyst” during the trial.

Abrams hosted his own show during the trial, and Susan Filan and Stacy Brown were regular guests. Here is Abrams’ speech from the Harvard Law School seminar in November 2005. (Mesereau spoke there as well.)

Here is Filan’s “closing arguments” for the prosecution at the end of the trial. Try to keep a straight face while watching it!

Here are some photos of Brown’s connection to some of the aformentioned people:

Wow! Dimond is friends with pro-prosection entertainer Susan Filan! What a shock!

If you think that Star or Gavin have an ounce of remorse for what they did, think again! Here is a message he wrote to someone on July 10th, 2009 (from a now defunct account.)

Whew! Based on all of those connections, I think it’s time to update the flowchart from The Veritas Project! It’s waaaayyyy outdated!

See guys? This is post shows what can be accomplished when you use some good old fashioned detective work! Who would have ever thought that I would find recent photos of Gavin? I guess my new nickname should be Sherlock Holmes, huh?

UPDATE! April 12, 2012 by sanemjfan

Thanks to our excellent reader Nan, I have some bombshell info to pass along to you! Here are the Facebook pages of Jason and Blanca Francia!

Jason still lives in Santa Maria, and he also has his own Vimeo page. He’s obviously a big fan of N’Sync, because three years ago he posted a long video in which he and a friend “act” out in a home movie, and then begin to lip synch to the song “It’s Tearing Up My Heart!” I think it was pretty bold of him to show open himself up to the world in such a manner, but when you consider the fact that Jason is often the “forgotten” accuser, and many fans are extremely unfamiliar with his story, he probably felt safe and confident that he could do such a thing. I highly doubt you’ll ever see Jordan Chandler doing such a thing!

Here are is my summary and analysis of both Jason and Blanca Francia!

(Open the link below to watch Jason’s video impersonation of N’Sync!)

http://vimeo.com/2784572

Here is a mash-up video that myself and LunaJo67 made, which combines Jason’s own home video with media coverage of how he was laughed at by jurors after he testified against Jackson in 2005!

And here’s a link to Jason’s Myspace Video page, where he uploaded 4 videos in 2009! These videos include him singing along to a song in a car with friends, talking to his dog, and other boring crap that is indicative of his lack of personality and remorse for his actions against Jackson!

And thanks to our reader Hilary, here are screenshots of Jason’s Twitter account and his  All Trails account!

Lastly, here is MJ’s attorney Thomas Mesereau and journalist Charles Thomson speaking on the ties and connections between MJ’s accusers and prosecution team:

    http://lisawallerrogers.wordpress.com/2009/07/06/quincy-jones-michael-jackson-didnt-have-vitiligo/
She claims Michael Invited kids into his bed and that his guilt killed him and that he was a drug addict and that’s why he died and that he wanted to “snuff himself out” i would leave a comment but she has closed the comments section for that post but it would be good if someone could get in contact with her and put her straight.

“I kind of feel sorry for them. At the end of the day, regardless of what lies they told, they were just KIDS. Sure they were much craftier than most kids their age, but I can’t help but feel like they were victims of their mother and these prosecutors hellbent on destroying Jackson.”

At first, I felt sorry for them too. I felt that they were just impressionable children under the influence of their evil crazy mother and felt that they probably had remorse for what they did, but after reading Star’s horrible comment, I changed my mind. I now wish them nothing but the worst life has to offer. Until he and his brother sits their asses down in front of a teleprompter and comes clean with lying about Michael Jackson, then I will feel different. Until then, they can call go straight to hell.

Yes they brought it all on themselves. If your going to make false accusations against someone as big and controversial as Michael Jackson, then deal with the consequences.

So Gavin doesn’t live with his mother? I would assume so since she pretty much ruined his life by making him accuse Michael Jackson of sexually molesting him.

    • August 10, 2012 5:14 pm

Sorry, I didn’t word that correctly. I didn’t mean “cut off” as in physically. I meant emotionally, because according to that article, they DID live together, but she doesn’t take care of him. He apparently worked to support himself and ate fast food all the time. Who knows about right now. He could be living on campus for all we know.

I do think it’s interesting, though, that Janet and Davellin weren’t at Zonen’s wedding. Larry Nimmer said that Janet tried contacting the Sheriff’s department after the acquittal and they wanted nothing to do with her, so I think they (zonen-palankar) are siding with these boys because they’re mother is scum. They obviously don’t actually believe Michael molested Gavin, but they have to protect them (and also keep them from speaking the truth). I kind of feel sorry for them. At the end of the day, regardless of what lies they told, they were just KIDS. Sure they were much craftier than most kids their age, but I can’t help but feel like they were victims of their mother and these prosecutors hellbent on destroying Jackson.

  8. August 10, 2012 1:34 pm

Gavin’s comment to that one person was really disturbing. The kid’s going to have to use that lie his whole life, because admitting to his lie now would definitely shatter his future “success” and/or cause someone to do something devilishly violent to them. But it might turn into what happened with Jordan (who admitted, essentially, his lie when he was rich, grown-up and successful, and just couldn’t take it anymore). By then no one is really going to react in ways we’d all like to react if he were to grab a mike right now and spew.

      @semirefinedjunkie

That wasn’t Gavin’s comment. That was Star’s comment. He knows very well that they lied. If you notice, he doesn’t mention his brother or speak directly about the molestation..And lol@him saying that we’ll never know what his family has been through, as if they were martyrs or something. Your family suffered a lot because of their own lies and greed. Maybe if they had something called “morals” then they wouldn’t have felt the need to make those awful allegations.

    • August 10, 2012 3:06 pm

      @stacy

Yes, that’s what struck me as well-the fact that he never actually said his brother was molested. I think that supports the fan theory that the Arvizos were willing participants in all of this because they were convinced by Sneddon & Co. that Michael was guilty of molesting other boys. That’s why they were able to go against their “morals” by lying about him. And I remember there was an article about them written a few weeks after MJ’s acquittal where a source said Janet hated Gavin because he “let” Michael touch him, but the real reason (in my opinion) why she’s cut off from her sons is because her well-fare fraud was exposed and she was charged with perjury. That’s the only suffering his family went through.

    • August 10, 2012 3:19 pm

@stacy: Sorry, my mistake! I meant Star…but you’re absolutely right about their “suffering”. This is going to be rather interesting, following their lives for the next decade.

I remember when Jackson was acquitted on all counts, the media was upset and people like Wendy Murphy called the jurors a bunch of idiots and accused them of being starstruck. If they were blinded by Jackson’s fame, then they would have reached a verdict within a couple of hours. The fact that they took 7 days goes to show you that they took their jobs very seriously. They knew that the whole world was watching them and they wanted to make sure that they were doing the right thing. They weren’t stupid. These were very educated people who studied the evidence thoroughly as well as the rules of procedure and came back with a verdict that was understandable. They followed the law, plain and simple. As one juror stated in response to the prosecution’s disappointment:

“If they wanted a conviction, then they should have given us better evidence”

They talk all that trash about MJ but I bet they wouldn’t have the guts to say it to his face. What a bunch of cowards. They’re all just bitter because they failed in their quest to try to destroy him. He was acquitted of all those bogus charges and they all ended up getting humiliated.

Strikes me as odd when DD says after the not guilty verdicts , they all went back to someones house and were pounding down shots of tequila..And yet MJ discreetly drinks wine and they call him an alcoholic..
Speaking for myself, if I thought a child had been abused and someone got away with it, I wouldnt be pounding shots, then afterward get around to calling the child..I would think the first thing you would do is speak to the alleged victim, but according to DD they didnt do that ..
This entire thing was just hating on MJ and trying to save face in this bogus case.

These people are all sick and have some creepy obsession with Michael Jackson. I don’t believe that they were after any justice for victims. They were in it for themselves; they wanted to be part of a high-profile case that involved an international superstar.

I agree Stacey..But I also think Sneddon wanted to show MJ his place in his town, power mad bigot that he was in my opinion..
I think it was so stupid for the prosecutors to listen to the jury consultant and think they would do well with women / mothers on the jury..All they had to do was look at the people holding banners supporting MJ and there was lots and lots of women..who could see right through that BS..They must have been sniffing glue if they really thought they were winning that case.

Palanker was once a fan just like everyone else, but stopped being a fan when the accusations came out. She initially did not believe Gavin and his family as was evidenced by her interview with the police which she did not know was being taped. Her lover Ron Zonen probably brainwashed her and fed her all kinds of lies which caused her to change her mind. She’s written some pretty cruel things about MJ before and after he died.

    • August 8, 2012 10:54 am

I don’t get why these people need to come out and say they loved Michael. What losers. It’s like they’re afraid to admit they’re haters.

Whoa, do you mean Zonen and Palankar were together even during the trial?

here is ; Louise P interviewing Diane Dimond about the trial and she refers to MJ as not even being human and a whole lot of other disgusting things,
Intersting that Dimond claims that FBI profiler told her a criminal act such as MJ was accused of would have atleast 500 victims..and yet they are still all over MJ..
      these people are absolutely disgusting..
In this interview she mentions that she has already interviewed Ron Zonen.( i know it was in Sept of 05, but i cant find that interview

Palankar said right after the trial that she would stay in touch with Gavin because he is her friend. Oh yeah-she also LOVES MJ. Check it out:

I just stumbled on the catalogues of Michael’s Neverland Auction on Julien’s website. If the link doesn’t take you directly to the catalogue it is the one with his amusements and games. On page 98 and 100 you cane get a look at this Rolls Royce Limosine’s that he had. This is what the Arvizo family was forced to escape from Neverland in.I know when I am running for my life after being held captive this is the way I want to go but of course the decision is which one? Either isn’t a bad ride. No wonder they were mad and revengeful when they figured out it was one of their last rides from Neverland.

Hey you guys should check out Diane Dimond’s Twitter page as well.

She only follows 68 people, including Jermaine and Latoya (WTH), Jason Pfeiffer, and Fritz Coleman (witness in the trial).

Some other interesting things Diane has said on Twitter.

@JimLichtenstein Santa Barbara? That’s one of my favorite places in the whole wide world. Color me jell-ous!

I wonder why she loves Santa Barbara so much? oh yeah, cause her best friend, Tom Sneddon, lives there.

    Some guy wrote
@DiDimond who give this lying air head a job @ CNN…CNN is really becoming tabloid news 2 be putting this trash reporter on .

She replied: @IshmaelSteve Ahhhh. Another Jackson groupie.

So the only people who think she’s a trash reporter are Jackson fans? If you’re best known accomplishment is working for a tabloid news show (Hard Copy), you ARE a trash reporter, especially if half the things you say about the person you are best known for reporting about are lies.

@sanemjfan I don’t really know ALL the details of the trial, just the main ones and enough to stand up to a hater, so thanks for that info! I’ll admit, it’s kind of disappointing because whenever my parents say something negative about Michael and drugs, I always told them how Jermaine said Michael never even drank Pepsi during the Pepsi commercial. There goes HIS credibility.

Something I found interesting though was Star Arvizo’s facebook message to that girl. Notice how he makes all of these claims, calling the girl “celebrity obsessed” and telling her “there is more to life than MJ” and that they didn’t do this for money or fame. How does he know she’s a crazy-rabid MJ fan? She isn’t. If you go to her site, you know that she didn’t really care about Michael too much until AFTER he died. And she’s “celebrity obsessed?” Is HER celebrity obsession responsible for Michael being exonerated? And who said anything about this being for money or fame? Maybe he’s only denying it because it WAS for money. She could have responded to his message and laid out the facts about his own lies and made him feel really stupid, but I bet since she didn’t, he thinks he’s somehow “won” this.

I also think that girl was dumb for even messaging him in the first place. These people are not going to admit they lied about Michael-they cost California tax payers tens of MILLIONS of dollars in that trial. I think there’s a good chance of Jordan Chandler speaking out with his father dead. To me, Jordan was just as much of a victim as Michael was.Imagine being known as the “kid who had sex with michael jackson” just cause your father wanted a quick pay day and then almost being killed by him years later. The Arvizo boys are not so innocent-getting drunk and watching porn in Neverland when they were what, 13 and 10? And many of thier lies were things that seemed to come out of their own heads, considering how much thier stories changed every time they told them. I think people are willing to forgive Michael for 2005. It was a well reported fact that the Arvizos were nutty, but people still think Michael bought his way out of a trial in 93, so I have my fingers crossed for Jordan coming out and speaking the truth. I heard Frank Cascio tried to reach out to him?

    Hey Stacy,

About the Jesus Juice comment you saw on Facebook, there is something I found that could support that theory. Mike LaPerruque had this to say:

“For example, LaPerruque said, “[Jackson] would never offer a child liquor.” He said the “Jesus Juice” that Jackson jokes about — liquor hidden in soda cans — is designed so the child-friendly singer is not photographed doing something adult, like holding a drink. He is not the first member of Jackson’s entourage to use this explanation with me.”

      @Hilary
There were 2 flight attendants named Cynthia Ann Bell and Lauren Wallace, and they both confirmed that it was THEIR idea to pour alcohol in coke cans because they normally poured it into thermal containers, but on that flight back to Neverland from Miami they didn’t have any, so they used coke cans. MJ didn’t want to be photographed drinking alcohol, so he had it poured in thermal containers. Here is a summary of their testimonies (Bell testified on Day 22, and Wallace testified on Day 16:

@stacy2 Sorry Stacy, i don’t know how I went on to believe that that comment meant Michael really called it that. Brain in shock! LOL.

I think these people are disgusting enough to come up with that name all on their own. I mean, in the police interview, Gavin claimed he didn’t know what the word “ejaculation” meant, yet he knows about masturbation. They teach you what ejaculation is in 5th grade sex-ed (at least in my experience), whereas masturbation was mentioned in the little pamphlets they handed out.

“If Michael Jackson put wine in soda cans to hide it from children, and only the people close to him knew this, then how did the Arvizo boys know this? and how did they know he called it “jesus juice”? I’ll tell you how: Because Michael Jackson told this to Janet Arvizo while they were having dinner at neverland, and she later took that and used it against him. She shared this information with her children and that’s how the boys knew that Michael Jackson called wine jesus juice and put it in soda cans. They would go on to falsely claim that michael gave gavin wine in soda cans and forced him to drink it by saying jesus did it, so it was ok.”

thanks ..that is a good way of explaining it..
They always make such a big deal of the financial numbers forgetting how much money Michael generates.

Even the figure for the Chandler settlement..If you put it in the context of how much money was hanging in the balance it isnt that much, in business terms..
So I get tired of hearing they must have had the goods on MJ..
They didnt of course and he proved it by letting them photograph him.
I just have so much contempt for this group of prosecutors because every single time evidence showed it was exculpatory, they changed the game..
I am also suspicious of how they wanted to get into all his financial stuff when this was going on, over something as ridiculous as those accusations..
I know it was supposed to show motive , but really , they knew he was giving the money he got from the Bashir documentary to charity..
So he really didnt stress out about money..
Even the 50 concerts……. he is drugged up by Murray and he is talking about giving the money to charity..
I just wonder if Sneddon was doing someone a favor, in trying to open his books for a pretty wide period of time or what ..I think Melville cut down on the amount of financial info Sneddon was looking for..

And yeah , I remember how hurt MJ was about that Eminen video..He talked about it with Geraldo ..
I am glad he owns his music…LOL

“If you put it in the context of how much money was hanging in the balance it isnt that much, in business terms..”

On my article (I wrote the Jerry Sandusky-Jackson comparison) this hater came on and was arguing with fans. She said he wouldn’t have paid that much money if there wasn’t substantial evidence against him. I told her he was worth far more than that settlement (and asked her why he wasn’t indicted in spite of this so called evidence) and she said it was 1/10th of his worth at the time. I don’t know if these people are actually aware of WHO they are talking about: the most successful entertainer of ALL time. And she also seems to believe the age-old lie that the settlement was a lot more than reported because of inflation. She claims it was $40 million, but David shut her up by politely inviting her to this site to debate and she all of a sudden disappeared. Typical hater.

And yes, I am VERY glad Michael owns Eminem’s music. I laughed out loud (literally) when I first heard about that.

I have never quite figured out how the haters use inflation of the settlement without then inflating MJ’s worth. It is a ridicuous argument on their part. If the settlement somehow gets bigger due to inflation then so does his income because inflation effects both.

“She claims it was $40 million, but David shut her up by politely inviting her to this site to debate and she all of a sudden disappeared. Typical hater. ”

It’s a hater we all know very well. She posted on the first Vindicate MJ a number of times. By the way she ran an awful blog about MJ.

” If the settlement somehow gets bigger due to inflation then so does his income because inflation effects both.”

      Exactly. Logic isn’t their forte.

      @shelly

The funny thing though is that she was so nice and polite. She didn’t make personal attacks and actually came off sounding like someone wanting to know the truth (and I’m open minded, so I approved her comments and allowed people to discuss) but of course, she was seriously misinformed. I didn’t think she was a troll (when someone called her one, she acted all offended) but then some other fans messaged me privately and told me some things about her and her type. I posted a comment saying I knew all about her true motives right after David asked her to debate him on here and she never came back.

    • August 10, 2012 4:20 pm

      @differentkindofree

It’s because we all know who she is. She is probably the one who started the story of the inflation and is always talking about it.

    • August 11, 2012 11:34 pm

If the settlement suddenly inflates to $40 million, then Michael’s recording contract with Sony he had just signed would be worth around $2 billion, wouldn’t it?

At the time Michael was also being sponsored by Pepsi (they dropped him because of the scandal) and had increased Pepsi’s market share by 2 points, each point on the stock market was worth a reported $470 million in 1993 money… which is about a billion in today’s money?

If people are going to do ridiculous inflation numbers just to distort facts to impress/scare people (because the truth is apparently something that doesn’t sound as good), it goes both ways.

This isn’t totally related, I know, but it brings up a very interesting point about how society’s treatment of Michael is more reflective of our failings than it is of any crime on his part.

This is from LKL in 2003, I believe right after the Bashir interview, so before any charges/new accusations.

KING:What do you make of the Michael Jackson hulabaloo?

MAHER: Well, I defended Michael Jackson several times. I think this
country with Michael Jackson uses him as kind of a scapegoat because we
    are a youth-crazy country.

KING: You don’t think sleeping with young children is…

    MAHER: Well, I wouldn’t…

KING: You don’t like anybody under the age of 21, do you?

MAHER: I don’t like anyone under the age of 21?

KING: Children, you don’t like children. MAHER: I don’t like children,
but there are a couple of people under 21 I like.

    KING: Never mind.

MAHER: But it is a youth-crazy country. And I think Michael Jackson
somehow is the guy who gets blamed for it when we have a much bigger problem.

Yes, there’s a pedophilia problem and part of it is because parents
let their 13-year-old daughters leave the house with jeans that are about
an inch above the promised land and shirts that say “Porn Star” and “Slut”.
And we have all this lip service about leave no child behind and everything
    is for the children.

But you notice that when we need one for advertising or for modeling
or for a movie, snatch them up and throw them into the volcano.

KING: But Michael Jackson lets himself be used by doing these things.
    Doesn’t he?

MAHER: I personally don’t think Michael Jackson is doing that with the
kids and there’s no proof of it. Yes, he was sued once, but he’s an obvious
    target for extortion.

And I just think he’s a guy — yes, he’s not like the other boys. OK.
He sounds like Anna Nicole Smith and he looks like the corpse of Jackie
    O. i mean, he’s not a normal guy, we get that.

But to take that leap to — I wouldn’t recommend sleeping with kids.
That probably is something that shouldn’t go on between an adult and a
kid. But to lay it all on Michael Jackson, I don’t know. It says more about
us than I think it says about Michael Jackson. He doesn’t spend his time
watching ten hours of Michael Jackson footage every week, or maybe he does.

    It is a remarkable coincidence.

A story about Michael being straight comes out, immediately followed by a one claiming he was gay.

It is amazing how far the media are pushing it. Trying to keep Michael shrouded in conflicting tales and myth. Hoping that people will either believe the lies or just drop the whole thing, and wash their hands of Michael, cause they’ll be too confused to care what the truth actually is.

We are talking about people sliding by and getting a pass..How about Gordon Auchincloss..The third of the 3 stooges who prosecuted this case ..
He is the Jason Francia of the prosecution team

Very rarely do you hear his name mentioned but he was front and center also..they dont even mention the case in his profile and yet he was at the table
Mesereau said the three of them were feeling no pain when they went to the evidence locker..
Maybe he didnt get as much coverage during the trial because DD had not ingratiated herself enough with him ..
perhaps being odd man out with that group paid off for him….,..
Because I dont see people holding him accountable , even though he was part of the prosecution team
    http://www.countyofsb.org/da/da_management.html

    @ nan
Yes people do forget that Gordon Auchincloss had more than a bit part in the trial. He authored many of the more contentious briefs that were written in the case. He cross examined Kiki Fornier, (he introduced the term “special friends and Pinnochio’s Pleasure Island” not the witnesses) and was the one that was responsible for people getting the impression that Michael was broke. You can tell from his bio that he supposedly tries White Collar crimes of business and yet this man just could not get it through his head that the Sony deal was a merger of Michael’s ATV catalogue and Sony’s catalogue. It was for that reason that Michael was dogged after the trial about being broke.
Here is how it worked. Michael had the ATV catalogue. Sony had their catalogue consisting mainly of Country Western songs. When the Sony deal was complete it was a merger meaning that Michael did not own just half of his original catalogue but he owned half of the entire catalogue or fifty percent of Sony/Michael Jackson ATV catalogue.Auchincloss just did not get what that meant and the tabloids have run around saying that Michael was broke because of this man and his inability to comprehend the music publishing business.
I’ll give you an example that will give you a better visual, using two bags of M&M’s candies. Michael’s ATV catalogue are the bag of red M&M’s. Sony had a bag of green M&M’s. When Sony purchased Michael’s ATV catalogue, through a merger, all the red M&M’s and all the green M&M’s were put in a big bowl. They were all mixed together and that made the Sony/ATV (Michael Jackson) catalogue one big catalogue full of red and green M&M’s. Both Michael and Sony could eat whatever color M&M they wanted to because they were now sharing all the M&M’s from the big bowl of mixed red and green M&M’s. It never would have mattered which color they ate after that because they are all chocolate on the inside.
As part of that merger put together by John Branca and John McClain, Michael got to have half of however much money was generated by the catalogue no matter which color M&M’s made the money so did Sony. He was half owner of the entire catalogue. That was what Auchincloss just could not get through his thick skull no matter how many times someone told him that.
One of the things that was going on during that trial was that Sony was in the middle of acquiring ( buying not merging/sharing) another catalogue (adding yellow M&M’s this time) causing aquisition debt. What the general public and apparently Gordon Auchincloss didn’t get is that in the middle of something like that you don’t want the competion or the catalogue that you are attempting to purchase to know your gross value. If they did it would drive up the price of the catalogue you are trying to purchase and Michael loved a bargain. That made it appear on paper as if Michael owed money. He did not, because in the merger it was also agreed that the Sony corporation would front Michael’s half of the acquisition debt through a loan ( they would pay for all the new colored M&M”s and Michael would pay them back over time). That loan would not mature for 10 years so Michael’s fifty percent of that catalogue would have had that paid off in a short time leaving him with even more income generated by the newer and bigger catalogue that was Sony/Michael Jackson ATV catalogue of red ,green and now yellow M&M’s.
Does anyone remember that Eminem put out a music video during the trial called “Just Lose It”. He made fun of Michael in a bad way showing someone with their head on fire and other things. If you go through the list of artists in that catalogue be sure to note that Sony/Michael Jackson purchased the publishing rights of Eminem. So there is a just a word to the wise guys out there… If you piss off Michael Jackson he will own your assets. When it comes to music it looks like MJ was the Boss.

“I was hoping that the Gay accusations about MJ would be forgotten as the days go by. It’s unfortunate that the Huffington Post and other outlets are picking up the story”

BJ, you must be joking. How can they forget it or anything else if the trend is reversing in Michael’s favor? For them it means that all their work will be thrown into a wastepaper basket and people will probably even start asking them questions why they harassed a totally innocent man for so long.

This they absolutely cannot afford, so it is a matter of survival for them. They are fighting for themselves now – not against Michael. If Michael is fully exonerated in the public eye it will automatically condemn them as liars and even diminish their chances for making profits.

They are preparing to give the battle of their lives. You can feel it in the air. Make yourselves ready for more to come from them – this will not be easy. It has never been, but this time it should be more than ever. Time to show now what we are worth.

I am currently looking into the “gay” story and hope to present some of my findings. Unfortunately at the moment I am extremely pressed for time. But I’m doing my best.

Well the Francia are pretty easy to locate..As I said , I doubt he thinks people even remember his name, but they do and if he googles his own name he is going to find his testimony being dissected and see that many people are aware he lied..
And not just on this site , but other sites ..

    I understand why he lied.
He was a kid with a greedy mom, and they thought it was in the past until the Arvizo family gave Sneddon an excuse to actually drag them into court.
I am sure they NEVER in a million years thought they would end up having to testify against MJ..
Because they both know he was not a criminal.
Which is why I beleive Jasons sobbing testimony ends with him saying something to the effect that MJ needs to move away from here..
How true that was , in order to get out from under Sneddons authority,

If you look at where this guy lives , he isnt exactly in a gated community..I dont know what his financial situation is but he doesnt have the resources Jordan Chandler has and he still lives in the vicinity, had roots there, so he could been harassed by the authorities if he didnt cooperate..
I wouldnt put it past Sneddon and company to do such a thing.
So this was the Mothers decision to place her kid in this situation and lets face it ..
    It isnt going away..
So his name is out there for good.
I know more personal info about his family but they are not responsible so I wouldnt share that stuff.
Also know Jordans siblings but I wouldnt put that up either.
However ..I had heard that Frank Cascio was trying to get in touch with JC to clear MJ name..
I had asked Frank if that was true or a rumor..
He answered me and said….. “I have tried to reach him but had been unsuccessful. :(( .”

I wrote back I had the FB pages of his siblings and I could private message them to him and in turn , he could private message them, if he wanted to get in touch with Jordan..
    He didnt respond btw..
I also asked William if Jason was sobbing ;like he is in the video in court when he testified and he said no, he was more subdued and much more nervous..
I am glad I got to see his video because it gives me an impression of what kind of person he is ..
I asked William if he would let sanemjfan interview him, to get his impressions first hand , since there wasnt any cameras in the courtroom, it is important to get these impressions by people who were there before there memories fade.
I am looking forward to that interview if they ever get a chance to do it..

    @saneMJfan I’m glad to help!

For those of you saying it’s time to leave Jason alone-if he didn’t want fans to track him down, he shouldn’t have a public Twitter account. He thinks people have forgotten about his LIES, but we haven’t. All I did was Google his name and his Twitter popped up.

No one is making disparaging comments about them or their character OTHER than what they did in the MJ trial, unlike Diane Dimond who thinks she’s expert enough to comment on Michael’s decision to homeschool his children. This site is just showing connections between people involved in destroying Michael, connections that they are not trying to hide, so how are are they being bothered? If they didn’t want this information out there, they shouldn’t be making public social networking accounts, plain and simple.

Oh, and I don’t know if you guys blogged about this (I’m too lazy to check, LOL) but Tom Mesereau commented on all these connections between Palankar-Zonen and the Arvizos. You can hear what he had to say on this video at 7:34 onward. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEetgoncdE4

Some more interesting information, there is a guy on Youtube by the username of 2JOHNNYT who keeps writing disgusting comments about michael. According to William Wagener, he is actually a college friend of Star Arvizo! Can’t verify that, though, but after William stated that on a certain video, the kid stopped commenting on it.

People please let It be known that continuous smearing og MJ’s name is not going to be tolerated. Entertainment tonight is going to air an interview of Liberace’s ex lover claiming to be MJ’s lover in the 1970’s.

BJ, I don’t understand how people can believe this crap on the one hand:

“We were two young men extremely attracted to each other. You could’ve cut the sexual tension with a knife”

and still find it compatible with Thorson’s admission to Larry King:

      KING: Are you heterosexual?
      THORSON: Yes.
KING: Did you ever have other homosexual relationships [besides Liberace]?
      THORSON: No.
      KING: No. You did not.
      THORSON: No.
KING: He was the only one.
THORSON: He was the only one.

At the time when Thorson was busy “entertaining” Liberace – Michael, who was the same age, was going from house to house handing out Jehovah’s Witnesses’ books. He not only followed their views on homosexuality but fully shared them.

So how can anyone believe this irresponsible crap? Michael, a Jehovah’s Witness and a couple of these clowns??? What do they have in common??

Liberace looks totally revolting. He ruined the life of Scott Thorson, corrupted him for 10 years since the age of 16, made him undergo plastic surgery to make him look like him, he forced him into drugs – so what can we expect of Scott now?

      Liberace Scott Thorson and Liberace

Here is an article describing Scott Thorson in all his beauty. And this kind of an authority is invited to TV to share is views on Michael Jackson? They are definitely sinking to a new low or are running out of their “sources”.

Liberace’s Ex-Lover Reportedly Tied Nash to Deaths
      September 16, 1988|ROBERT W. STEWART | Times Staff Writer

The decision last week to charge convicted cocaine trafficker Adel (Eddie Nash) Nasrallah in the 7-year-old Laurel Canyon bludgeon murders was based in part on significant new evidence provided by Scott Thorson, the former lover of the late pianist Liberace, The Times has learned.

Thorson, 29, is being protected in a tightly secured section of County Jail while he awaits sentencing for a drug-related armed robbery in which he pleaded guilty last July 11.

      Information Offered

Thorson approached authorities sometime after entering the plea and offered to give them information linking Nash, who once owned a chain of strip joints and punk-oriented nightclubs, to the July 1, 1981, Laurel Canyon slayings, according to two sources familiar with the developments.

Nash, 59, and his former bodyguard, Gregory DeWitt Diles, 40, were each charged Sept. 8 by the district attorney’s office with four counts of murder and one count of attempted murder. Neither has yet entered a plea to the charges. Both are being held without bail. If convicted, they could face the gas chamber.

The late John C. Holmes, the premier male pornographic film star of the 1970s, was unsuccessfully prosecuted for the brutal murders in 1982.

When the charges were filed against Nash and Diles, Deputy Dist. Atty. Dale A. Davidson, who is prosecuting the case, said new witnesses had come forward, but he refused to name them or discuss the information they had provided.

Davidson on Thursday refused to say whether Thorson provided information that led to Nash’s arrest. “I have to be concerned that Mr. Nash and Mr. Diles get a fair trial. I also have to be concerned about the safety of my witnesses in this case, and on that basis I can’t comment,” Davidson said.

Thorson’s attorney in the robbery case, Deputy Public Defender Cathy Dreyfuss, said, “For now, I prefer not to comment on anything.” Attempts to contact Thorson were unsuccessful.

According to testimony at Holmes’ 1982 trial, the porn actor once told Los Angeles police that he had led killers to a home on Wonderland Avenue in Laurel Canyon at the behest of a revenge-crazed Nash, who two days earlier had been robbed of cocaine and $10,000 by two of the murder victims.

      Ferried Stolen Property

A heavy cocaine user, Holmes ferried stolen property from the Wonderland Avenue gang to Nash, who exchanged the goods for cocaine, witnesses at Holmes’ trial testified. The robbery was said to have been Holmes’ idea. Holmes did not testify during his trial.

Holmes died in March of complications arising from infection with the AIDS virus. Liberace died in February, 1987, also as a result of AIDS infection.

Details of the evidence provided by Thorson remain secret. However, sources familiar with the case said Thorson, who lived with Liberace and served as his chauffeur, secretary and lover from 1977 until 1982, maintained a close relationship with Nash during much of that period.

“Eddie was Scott’s cocaine connection,” one source said.

In an acknowledgment in his recently published book, “Behind the Candelabra: My Life With Liberace,” Thorson names Nash as one of six people who, over the years, offered him “personal support and understanding.”

      Introduction to Cocaine

In the book, Thorson describes his introduction to cocaine through a plastic surgeon who was hired by Liberace to remake Thorson’s face in Liberace’s image. Subsequently, Thorson wrote, he met a Hollywood nightclub owner, identified only as Mr. Y, who supplied him with cocaine and who hid out at one of Liberace’s properties after “a much publicized gangland-style killing.”

Thorson wrote that Mr. Y came to his aid in 1982 when Liberace’s security personnel were attempting to evict him from the entertainer’s Los Angeles penthouse. At Thorson’s request, Mr. Y dispatched his own thugs to the Liberace apartment to ensure that Thorson would not be beaten, the book states.

Sources familiar with Thorson said the Mr. Y described in the book is a composite figure of Nash and another nightclub owner who was more directly acquainted with Liberace.

Thorson filed a highly publicized lawsuit against Liberace in 1982, in which he contended that Liberace had reneged on promises to support him for the rest of his life. The suit was settled out of court shortly before Liberace’s death.

Nash served two years of an eight-year prison sentence handed down after he was convicted in 1982 of possessing for sale about 2 pounds of cocaine, valued at $1 million. Diles was convicted of drug charges in a separate case.

After his acquittal on the murder charges, Holmes spent 110 days in County Jail for refusing a judge’s order to tell a grand jury what he knew about the Laurel Canyon killings. He finally agreed to testify on the same day that Nash was sentenced to prison. Holmes’ grand jury testimony remains sealed.

As far as Louise Palanker and the Arvizo boys …I think those pictures were put up to annoy the fans..JMO
    They like the attn..
Mesereau said when Gavin testified he could tell the kid was loving the attn..
They wanted to be actors ..Starr did a taped tour of Neverland.
It is the only thing that will get them any kind of notice so they like to perpetuate it imo..

Star is on Diane Dimond page ,Gavin on Zonen..they are both on Palanker..
    They like the notoriety
It really is my guess that Francia just has this stuff out there for his own benefit,,not having anything to do with MJ or his fans..
I dont think he thinks anyone really knows who is and what his part in the MJ saga was..
When his mother decided to look for some extra cash, threatening a tabloid mess when MJ album was coming out….. it wasnt out there in the public.
And when he was testifying at trial ..he was usually referred to as “the maids son” or the “youth pastor”
Even in the interview with Karen Moriarty , she seemed unfamiliar with him and she was researching a book..
At one point his page was so you could see everything but that was right after MJ passed..
Maybe someone contacted him and insulted him and he made it more private, but for the most part
I just dont think he really has a clue that people are even discussing him much….
