Update on the Personal Life of Gavin Arvizo!!
This post will be very short and succinct; I’ve obtained some new info on Michael Jackson’s accuser Gavin Arvizo, so I wanted to share it with everyone who is interested in finding out.
A close friend of mine who closely monitors the facebook pages of Star and Gavin Arvizo alerted me to this earlier tonight, and instead of updating the post I wrote in 2011 about their whereabouts, I decided to dedicate a brand new post to this breaking news. I already know that I may take heat from a very, very small percentage of fans who feel that I shouldn’t be airing the Arvizo’s personal information, but I respectfully disagree with that notion. The Arvizo family ceased being private citizens and became public figures when they decided to falsely accuse Michael Jackson of child abuse in 2003, so therefore I feel that I have the right to write about their private lives just as if they were celebrities or politicians.
Besides, they deliberately post their personal information on their PUBLIC Facebook profiles (most of their photos are private, but some are public), so everything I post here is ALREADY public knowledge for anyone who searches hard enough to find it (as my source successfully did!)
I am BY NO MEANS encouraging fans to cyberstalk and harass Gavin and his new wife; I’m only posting this info because I know that enquiring minds want to know about the latest updates in the life of the man who almost destroyed an innocent man’s life!
Now, let’s get down to business: according to this wedding registry, Gavin Arvizo was supposed to marry Shelby Lynn Drake on September 2nd, 2013 in Georgia:
They began dating on February 20th, 2009 and got engaged on April 7th, 2013, according to her Facebook timeline. Here are photos that she recently posted:

Here’s a tidbit of info that prosecutor Ron Zonen stated in September 2010 at the Frozen in Time seminar:
Where is he today? He’s twenty years old. He’s a 3rd year student at a very prominent university on the east coast. I’m not going to mention the name of the school, but anyone who would like to know come see me, I’ll tell you. He’s an Honor student who has a 3.5 GPA, and a double major in Philosophy and History, and he’s planning on going to law school! Some of you will agree with that, and some of you won’t.
He’s a deeply religious young man, in a relationship with a young woman, for about 2 years, the daughter of a minister. He attends church on a regular basis. He doesn’t drink, doesn’t do drugs. He’s delightful in his presentation. I spent time with him only a month ago. And he’s really doing remarkably well. He has never asked for or taken a penny from anybody about any of the activity of this case. Never. There are standing offers from the press for his story for enough money that would cover his tuition, which is considerable, never mind that he’s on a 50% scholarship. But he has never taken a penny from anybody, and no intention of doing so. He’s accruing debt like college kids do today, but he’s doing just fine.
It’s safe to assume that the girlfriend that Zonen is referencing is in fact Selby Drake. She and Gavin started dating in February 2009, so September 2010 would have been “about 2 years”. According to her page, she’s very active in her religious activities, which is consistent with her being a minister’s daughter. (She’s also the graduate of a Christian high school in Georgia.) As soon as I obtain the contact information of her father, maybe I can get fans to contact him and let him know that his future son in law bore false witness against Michael Jackson! (Be sure to read this post about “Christians” who lied and tried to destroy Jackson.)
Gavin’s younger brother Star is also in a serious relationship, and he recently posted some new photos of his girlfriend on his Facebook page:

That’s pretty much it, for now, but I’ll keep fans updated with any new information that I obtain about the Arvizo family (or any of the other families who ruined Michael Jackson)!! This boy’s mom was an opportunist, she was poor and she brought her kids to JCPenney to shoplift was caught and then told law enforcement that they hit her and sued JCPenney.. just because you don’t understand MJs life and his body dysmenorrhea doesn’t make him a pedophile.. so many folks lie and sue businesses, people.. I’ve grown up watching neighbors do this from one case to the next.. all broke ass folks taking advantage of everything and everyone.. I don’t see anything in this well-researched piece that encourages fans to do anything.
I DO see the tabloid media inciting fans on a regular basis.
I DO see a handful of liars making $$$ out of fiction.
I DO hear that those who were around Mr. Jackson when young and have nothing but POSITIVE things to say are being harassed and stalked by those who want them to join the handful of liars.

I am new to these blogs (not new to being an MJ fan and the facts) and this made me lose my lunch. I don’t have facebook so I couldn’t care less about trying to find this bozo. I just cannot believe how smug he looks (frankly I think he’s ugly. Nothing about him is charming). I am just so sick of these people and their hold on MJ’s reputation till this day. I think about his children, especially Paris, and I can see how they are affected and none of these fools care. Very sickening.

Disgusting. Michael Jackson was a molestor, this wasn’t fake. I can’t believe people who try to protect MJ, he may have been your idol, but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t a perverted man. People like you make me sick.
The actual evidence says otherwise. If anyone believes in conspiracy theories it’s you. Just because a famous person is accused of a crime, your kind goes off the deep end and just accepts it without *any* kind of thought or investigation. All you have to do is read the primary sources such as the FBI files (333 pages or so of them after an over decade long, microscopic watch on MJ and his day day dealings), and the court transcripts.
But you are the type to think and believe that somehow, with “alllll their money, power, and influence” celebrities can just get off from any old crime. THAT is a conspiracy theory logic, NOT the defenders who bothered to research and investigate the facts of the case. Indeed yes, there are those types of celebrities and famous people who have used the system to get away with certain crimes, but even with them the *evidence* is always there along with a pattern of behavior when take a closer look.
See conspiracy theorists such as yourself, are too lazy to actually do the work for further investigation. You believe your own conjectures such as “he was a molester, period.” Your absolute statements with NO support ftom factual evidence is actually falsifiable and has PROVEN to be false but that requires too much energy on your part so you stick to your falsities and believe what makes you FEEL right, not what actually makes you right.

Waldorf woman assaulted, threatened at gunpoint

A Lorton, Va., man was charged Nov. 9 for first degree assault, three counts of second degree assault, and reckless endangerment against a Waldorf woman.
The victim told police of several instances where she was physically assaulted by Star David Arvizo, 25, who she says is her ex-boyfriend, according to the application for statement of charges document written by the victim.
On July 4, Arvizo allegedly pulled out a handgun, placed the barrel on the victim’s head and mocked her, saying “say your prayer” and “any last words,” according to police records.
While the woman accused Arvizo of assaulting her on several different occasions, it was an incident that occurred on the night of Oct. 31 that finally caused her to end their relationship and press criminal charges against Arvizo, according to court records.
On that night, the woman told police that Arvizo had been drinking heavily and allegedly forced her into the passenger seat of his car, slammed her head into the center console, and placed her into a headlock, chocking her for several minutes for being resistant, according to court records.
She was eventually able to escape from the car when it came to a stop and called the police after running away.
The court issued a writ of summons to Arvizo on Nov. 9.

Why all the fuss about Michael Jackson? He is gone so move on.
Gavin isn’t selling his story because he knows he’ll get caught in a lie. Hell, they couldn’t even get their stories straight in court so what makes you think that they’ll get it straight while talking with a reporter? And also, he’s not selling his story because selling his story would give credence to the claim that he and his family were grifters who were only after money. In order to keep the lie going and come across as good honest people who were only after justice, they will have to refrain from profiting from the case in any way.

There is such a thing as righteous anger and right now, having just stumbled upon this piece, I feel it. To see this guy masquerade as some kind of ‘Godly’ man while all the time knowing in his heart that he is harbouring a lie that contributed to destroying the life of an innocent man who only wanted the best for him – it makes my blood boil. Clearly, the ‘minister’s daughter’ knows the history of her new husband. Is she OK with that? Does she, like all the others the Avrizos have aligned themselves with post 2005, have no problem with the fact that her new husband will not come clean while he still has the chance to do so? He may like to adopt a ‘Christian’ label for now, but God knows all that these people have done. IMHO, they are nothing short of murderers. There is such a thing as killing a man without a weapon. You destroy the soul, the life force. This is what Arvizo and others did to Michael – a man who only wanted the best for others and reached out to so many. Nan I have started thinking about that very thing, that Dimond is using them and they are once again benefitting from it.
I remember Star responding to s blogger named Dana just a few days after MJ died and the way he wrote and the pictures that he had on his FB page at that time were those of a punk. Star is a punk no matter how you slice it. Just Google Star Arvizo and Dana’s Dirt and you will see what he was doing four years ago.
You’re right about the attack on Tom Mesereau as well. He is the one out there saying not only that these kids were liars because their mom wanted money,but he is also saying that Wade is now lying.
I think they believe t hat if they can discredit Tom Mesereau in some way that will shore up their story.
That is why what David is doing here is more vital than before because they are still banking on people not knowing what really went on in that courtroom and why the jury made the decision that it did. I think that has more to do with the way Dimond and the Robson supporters interpreted what David did they way they did. For some reason this little old blog bothers them and people should ask why that is?

I thought about them planting the coke on the underwear too but I also think the most likely source of that was Chris Carter that guy that did security for MJ at the time the Arvizo’s were there. He was arrested after he stopped working for MJ for 4 armed robberies in Vegas. It’s laughabel that he committed two of them before he testified for the Grand Jury and when he was finally arrested he had stolen $239 from a Jack In The Box fast food at gun point. Now that kind of robbery is someone that needs money bad for drugs.The police found out that he was also on the run from Maryland for drug charges so that is pretty likely that he was the source but it doesn’t rule out that the Arvizo’s knew about it which is why they said all that stupid stuff about MJ and keeping underwear and yes that is okay to contact me on FB.Oh and by the way I think we are right on about them thinking that they can benefit from the outcome of the Robson claim.As for Star and that comment it was also about bringing down a celebrity.

Shelby looked beautiful and her dress was lovely. There is no undercurrent in my tone (meant for Diane Dimond). I mean that.
Gavin grown up seems to favor his father David. There is no slur intended in that either. David Arvizo was not an ugly man to look at. And at one time ( he probably still does) deeply loved his sons and daughter.
I hope their reception was a good one and that it will be a day of happiness that they can remember together throughout their lives.

What is sad about this young mans life are the people other than Michael Jackson that have been irrevocably hurt by his mothers actions. I can’t help but wonder if he thinks of Chris Tucker and Azja Pryor sitting in his hospital room? Sometimes spending the night with him, taking them with them to places they would never have gotten to go if not for them?
Does he ever think of the Cascio’s, Aldo and Frank, that he knew and what him going along with the accusations that his mother asked him to make almost did to their lives?

IF you had actually read the article you would see that there is no suggestion or advice to interrupt anyone’s life. As a matter of fact it is even stated that he had already gotten married because the date of their registry says September and this article was posted long after that. I suggest that if you are going to go to the trouble of logging on to your proxy server that you at least read the article.
Not to mention that the name of the blog or the blogger is not mentioned in Diane Dimond’s article so how did you find this one? It must be a different blog that she read where those things are mentioned. Perhaps you could ask her.
I try not giving a f**k about the Arvizos but really it’s hard not to ignore this pathetic excuse of a human being because I strongly feel the 2005 trial had killed Michael Jackson. The betrayal was too much for MJ to fathom and especially the lies told by this very person and his blasted family in court had destroyed Michael to bits. Lyn. Spot on comment, however, I wouldn’t be surprised should you not receive a response from this particular professional troll, after all, they (6 of them) are on a payroll on someone’s retainer. They all have numerous Twitter, Facebook accounts, they create numerous profiles on news sites and forums focusing on anything MJ related to spread their lies, hate, bias, and venom.

These people are trash and we can only hope that one day bad luck will catch up to them and they will be paid back for all they distortion Michael. But right now they are not worth the trouble hopefully they will get what they realy deserve.

Actually, I think mj would be very happy to see his fans making these people’s lives miserable, giving all the hell they put him through.
I’ve met Michael Jackson and I can tell you that he would not want his fans to be violent or vindictive. He would want people to remember him for his music, his kindness, and the joy he has brought to the world. So please understand, live your life and do good in this world. That is the best way to give to Michael’s legacy. Our job is not to judge, that’s for a higher power.

My impression of Gavin Arvizo is that he likes the attention.
He took acting lessons
He took tap dance lessons .
He did stand up comedy routine at the Comedy Club
He cold called celebrities.
The social workers interviewing him regarding MJ said he seemed to like the attention
People during trial said he liked the attention while he testified.
He didnt ask Louise Palanker NOT to put pictures of him on her FB page regarding the Zonen wedding, knowing full well she is somewhat of a celebrity and that would attract attention.
They all , are fully aware, these photos went around the globe.
They know there was not only interest , but outrage, over his close relationship with the govt prosecutor.
I believe he has a follow button on his FB page, which would ,make me believe he doesnt care ho sees what
Mr Zonen has described him as smart.
Mr Mesereau has described him as cunning.
So I would assume this smart and cunning person would know he garner further attn , by putting a picture of his girlfriend/fiance up, particularly when she has been included in soliloquy that Ron Zonen has given on different occasions, referring to her a ministers daughter, in an attempt , to make it appear Gavin is on the straight and narrow.
During the Frozen In Time seminar, Mr Zonen had mentioned that someone had emailed people in Gavins class, and showed them info regarding the trial.
And he was outraged ..
So these people know there is interest in information ,, people know how to get information, and yet Mr Zonen, continued on , saying “where is Gavin Now”?
He is an honor student..not hard to find on a computer
He attends a college in the south..again , not hard to locate if interested.
Then MR Zonen mentioned ” the ministers daughter”
Why would he do that , knowing how much interest there is world wide in that case.
I think that was purposely thrown in , to make Gavin appear like a good person ,and actually more to make ZOnen appear that he was correct in believing him.
These are things Mr Zonen should be asking himself , as well as Diane Dimond and Stacey Brown , who continually try to resurrect this case
Why continually drag this kids name to the forefront?
If Gavin Arvizo would like to blend back into the woodwork, he could do, one , of several things.
He could admit to Mr Zonen he was forced to lie by his mother,,NOT GOING TO HAPPEN
He could publicly tell the truth .NOT GOING TO HAPPEN
He could ask Mr Zonen to stop retrying the case and the 14 not guilty verdicts, every time he gets the chance and let him move on with his life, without admitting anything.
He could insist Diane Dimond to stop bringing his name up for hits on the daily Beast and trying to promote her book, and let him move on with his life., without admitting anything,
Since these people are supposed to care about him, I would think they would have to acquiesce
I dont see that happening either, because Gavin was never these people actual priority anyway.imo.
If he truly didnt want the attn, he would ask these people to accept the verdicts, but I think he enjoys having the reflected attn from the name Michael Jackson..
I feel very sorry for the girl , I truly do , but surely by now , she knows his name is all over the world , and will continue to be so , in a famous or infamous way.

This is just sick, disgusting cyberstalking. There is no excuse for this kind of behaviour no matter how you feel about someone. You are no better than the horrible tabloids who stalked and broke Michael. You should be ashamed of yourselves, I expected professionalism and integrity from this site, not petty harassment. And do you know if the information was obtained by harassment or as you say Cyberstalking? Do you know if in fact David knows people that know the Arvizos and comes by the information by legitimate means? No you do not.T he term cyberstalking Is used very loosely around here it seems.
